Wythe County Sheriff’s Office Unveils New Veterans Tribute Vehicle

The Wythe County Sheriff’s Office has added a new, specially marked patrol unit to its fleet, and it carries a meaningful purpose. Sheriff Cline announced the vehicle as a tribute to America’s veterans — past, present, and future.

Wrapped in a patriotic design, the new unit serves as a rolling reminder of the sacrifices made by the men and women who have worn the uniform. Sheriff Cline said the department wanted to create a visible and lasting way to honor veterans throughout the community.

“We appreciate your service to this great nation,” he said, noting that the tribute vehicle reflects the county’s deep respect for those who have defended the country. “God bless America.”

The new unit will be used in regular service as well as at local events, parades, and ceremonies honoring military service members.
